“Field Studies” Collection

I close my eyes, and begin each painting as if I am walking or wandering into the composition... This process takes me to many beautiful places and allows me to access the idyllic imagery and colors of the mind. Here you will find many ‘experiential studies’ from memories of hiking through fields, exploring coastal beaches and marshes. My landscape impressions come to me through a filter of high-color abstract impressionism, and continue to evolve.
